- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Burton is kind, knowledgable, and has good beside manor, but working with his office has been a nightmare. I have had multiple bumps in the road. Once upon my arrival I was not completely checked in and waited in the waiting room for over an hour because I appeared as a no show. They then asked to come back after the office finished lunch for my appt -- I had to pay for parking twice that day and wasted hours of time. In addition to this, my insurance changed and I went for a routine service only to find a $2,000 bill to my acct for a service that used to be completely covered. The office did not inform me of this change and they were not forgiving when it came to payment for this service. I am no longer a patient at this office.March 30, 2017by Shannon
