  I had a root canal and everyone was amazing. I think it was honestly my best medical experience I have ever had. They were able to fit me in the same day at 4:30 and worked till 7 pm with an impending snow storm coming. I never felt like Dr. Mcdougal was rushing or anyone on the staff was for that matter. He walked me through each and every step during the procedure.

  Had to have a root canal today after being referred by my primary dentist. Tina in the office was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel right at home. Ana, the assistant was nice and very professional and thorough and Dr. McDougal was fantastic! I would not hesitate to return to their office. He was kind, professional, thorough and was more than happy to explain to me what I would experience during the procedure. He was concerned about my comfort throughout the entire procedure and made sure I knew I was welcome to call the office if I experienced anything out of the ordinary. When I left, the ladies at the front desk said they would call me tomorrow to check up on me. So nice and friendly. Having to have a root canal is bad enough, but if you have to have one, this is the place to have it done!

  Dr. McDougal is the BEST endodontist I have EVER met. He is beyond excellent. You will never be disappointed with his work. I had my first root canal done in 2005 after I had my first child. And I was resolve to getting the tooth (#14) extracted but after consulting with Dr. McDougal he said he can save the my tooth. Now fast forward, year of 2017. That same tooth started having discomfort, & I was recommended by my current Indiana dentist to see an endodontist. So I did, & the current Indiana endodontist said that the 3 root canal that was done on the same tooth 12 years ago looks "admirably done". Only one root needs to be treated. Root canal are expensive dental procedure, & you want an excellent & experienced dentist. Look no further as Dr. McDougal is the "BEST". If only we still live in North Carolina I would go back to him. I told my husband when we visit NC will go see Dr. McDougal as there is NONE like him out there!
