- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I highly recommend Durham Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics for several important reasons: Professionalism: The hygienists and dentists are gentle and understanding of the population they work with all while providing excellent, thorough care. Nothing is ever overlooked or rushed. Courtesy: The entire staff is so polite, friendly and kind. I always feel heard and feel as though the office staff goes out of their way to ensure we are satisfied with our daughters' care. Personal Experience: Dr. John and the other staff members here have kids and families of their own so they understand how to communicate and work with children and parents alike. Both of my daughters have responded to Dr. John and his office staff VERY well. I was quite worried my 3 y.o. would never lie still or let anyone get in her mouth, but with their guidance she does a great job with the exams and the cleanings. Both of my daughters look forward to going to their dentist appointments and take great care of their teeth at home – because they have learned that oral care matters! Oh and did I mention FUN!
