  My daughter is covered in a rash and we had to wait for 2 weeks for a result. I thought that was long as did her Dr. I will say that Dr. Scales was very nice and had a great attitude. I will say that we did wait to close to an hour to be seen, but the office was busy. Yet I feel there may have been some overbooking or people running in late. Now I will say that I did call on the 18th when I was told that my daughters results would be in. Now this is the day that changed my attitude! I spoke with a young lady name Precious and she seem to have an attitude because I called. As she stated to me :..when we get the results we will call you or send you a letter, it's not like we will ignore it.." Now that to me seem like a smart comment! My daughter is COVERED in a rash, she is no comfortable and the cream she was given is not helping! I was told they would have the results on 8-18 so here it is after 3pm and I did not get a call so as a concerned parent I called them! I do not care to have any contact with this young lady again! She does not need to be working with the public in my opinion. I understand having a bad day, but when at work you need to leave your personal life at home!
