  The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The pet trainer Susan is very attentive and helped us a lot in understanding how to train our new puppy. I believe she talked to us for more than 30 minutes, it really made a difference. James was also very friendly and helpful. In general, the store has a big variety of products, good prices and great staff.

  The people at Banesfield is fricken amazing and I am so appreciative of what they have done. I brought in my cat Noctis who was having serious problems. The tech on the phone was professional and understanding, the Vet was amazing and all the people involved showed concern and discipline while taking care of my cat, (and my crying and blubbering self). Give every single one of these hard workers a raise.
