- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Zhao is a sweetheart. Very professional, very efficient, wonderful personality and excellent at making patients feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the procedures. Can't say enough good things about Faith, the hygienist. She is wonderful, thorough and caring. However the staff, with a few exceptions, can be very inefficient to the point of being insufferable. The new office manager is a total ass and very rude. She claims to help patients solve issues when what she actually does is totally ignore the patient's issue. She even had the audacity to suggest that I look for another dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Zhao for a number of years. Needless to say I don't feel the need to spend my money at a place where I am treat disrespectfully. I will indeed take my business elsewhere.December 21, 2016by Juanita Collins
