- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My wife and I were called back 40 and 50 minutes after our designated appointment times (ordinary teeth cleaning). Both of our experiences were extremely painful. The hygienist was especially rough when using the sharp hook-like instrument around my gums. She drew far more blood than seemed necessary. She also pushed much too hard on both of our gums with the small mirror (I suppose to keep our mouths open wide enough?). My entire back was sweating by the end of the visit. Patients simply do not consent to enduring that level of pain for a regular cleaning. I strongly recommend avoiding Oak Grove Dental. I certainly would have forgone the Groupon savings to be treated more gently.July 29, 2017by Daniel Rice
