  I was a patient at Carolina Partners for a number of years and always felt welcome and well cared for. Everyone was very nice and my therapist, Helen (Retired now), saved my life. Without the mental health services I received at Carolina Partners I would not be as happy and successful as I am now. I remembered my experiences so fondly that a few years later I came to work at Carolina Partners in the hope that I can help to provide the same level of service and care to someone else.

  I also wish I could give zero stars. I like my Doctor but the staff is atrocious. I have been dealing with mental health issues for almost 15 years. I have never encountered a staff so uncaring, unhelpful and generally incompetent . I called once because I wasn't sure if i needed to cancel an appointment, I told her I had a court date and I might need to reschedule, she said she would cancel it and hung up on me after i told her I was worried because I needed a prescription that i need to go to work. I tried calling and leaving messages to no avail. I finally got through to someone and was told I needed to have my pharmacy fax in a request. I told her that didn't apply to my medication she told me just to have it faxed in. I went to my Pharmacy and the pharmacist told me that my prescription could not be faxed in. I called and left another message.. no response. I finally get a hold of some one around noon on Thursday and she tells me she will call me when the script is ready. I did not get a call. I went there that morning and the girl was utterly unhelpful simply explaining that one of their doctors had been demanding that they get faxes because the doctor was too lazy to deal with the phone calls requesting scripts.   I have never had any of the experiences that any of the previous reviewers have had. In fact I have had nothing but spectacular customer service. The front office staff was friendly, caring and attentive. Not to mention I am seeing, what I believe, is the best Psychiatrist in the area. I wish all others who have had positive experiences would post a review to offset the negative ones as I don't believe they fairly represent what is a terrific company.
