  Kind, caring, compassionate. They have cared for my sickly cat for many years giving him the best quality of life possible. During his last days, they were sensitive, supportive and caring. Couldn't ask for a better vet.

  The front desk staff, nurses, and vets at Falconbridge are incredibly understanding, helpful, and caring. I have a 13-year-old dog and a 13-year-old cat, and we've moved several times in their lives, resulting in experiences with several different veterinary clinics. Falconbridge is the best we've had, thanks to their comparable-to-slightly-less-expensive costs, long hours of operation, very friendly front desk staff, almost-immediate-responses to calls and questions, willingness to work with outside pharmacies to reduce medication costs, dedication to taking as much time as needed to discuss all treatment options, impressive caring and kindness to my curmudgeonly animals, and understanding of my need to balance costs with care. It's also convenient that Falconbridge works in collaboration with Village Veterinary Hospital near Governor's Village. I can always get a same day (frequently same hour!) appointment at one of the 2 locations. The vets are all highly educated and highly competent as well as loving to my pets... I just can't say enough how much about how fortunate I feel to have found Falconbridge as my pets' vet clinic.
